Product is magic. We are professional cleaners and use this on carpets for organic stains. Truly a must have product. The issue it both times we have ordered it the packaging was wet from the product leaking. There is no safety leak proof seal on the bottles and although the bottles are not damaged they clearly leak through the spray bottle part. Frustrating to open a wet package, but the product is amazing.

This stuff works even on old stains. i have no idea how it can clean so well without leaving a trace - but it does! No ring, marks, discoloration - just a clean spot where there was a stain. It works really well on the places my cat occasionally deposits a hairball mess, as well as grease, coffee and other icky stuff that ends up on your carpet. Cleans my beige carpet back to original condition!

Excellent product, does exactly what it says when you use it as directed. Have been using it for several years now. Only complaint is the spray bottle. Can't get all of product used with spray nozzle. Have to pry nozzle off with pliers to be able to empty the bottle of all of product. Used to come in container with better spray nozzle.

This spray is an absolute must with pets in the house. As our last dog (now deceased) was getting older, she would have occasional bathroom problems in the house. We would grab this spray bottle, spray the carpet, and then let it work its magic. With our new young puppy, we don't have problems very often, but it's nice to know that we have a solution that works (and works like it says it will) when we need it. We just Spray and Walk Away!

Products works great, was disappointed because they arrived and had leaked out into packaging. Previously had gotten sealed bottles with detached sprayers which shipped without leaking.

We used this chemicals to remove some covid 19 blood out of some carpets and we are almost certain that it worked. Before the application we remove 90% of the blood with a powder. We used this chemical to remove the remaining blood stain. As soon as we applied the chemical the blood stain dissapeared in seconds. Also, the blood stain was not old. Maybe 2-3 days old. Hopefully the stain does not reappear.

I like the product, but unfortunately, upon delivery, one of the four bottles was damaged and leaked, where I only received 1/3 of a bottle full of the solution. Catherine
