We absolutely love this flying disc! The LED lights are super bright and make it so much fun to use, especially in the evening. It feels sturdy and well-made, and I love that it’s rechargeable and waterproof. I already know once the weather gets nicer, our whole family will be outside playing with this in the yard. Such a fun purchase for kids and adults!

I love playing Ultimate Frisbee using the standard 175g Discraft Ultrastar. I wanted to get a light up one to play even when it's dark out. I decided to buy this TOSY light up disc and a few others to compare. I didn't really care about the colors. Plain red works great! To kick things off, the Discraft Ultastar is the perfect frisbee for Ultimate. It has beautifully shaped edges, and the perfect weight to it. I will be basing the rest of this review off of it. The TOSY flying light up disc is one of the bests when it comes to light up. It has a very similar diameter to the Ultrastar, however the rim and curve on it are different. The Ultrastar curves smoothly, while the TOSY has more angled sides. They have slightly different feels when throwing, however they are similar enough that it doesn't mess you up too much when switching between the two. I have found that the TOSY is a bit easier to throw further than the Ultrastar with less effort. Even easier is the forehand throw (flick) on the TOSY. One thing that you find with almost any light up disc is that its not actually 175g. This TOSY disc comes in at 183g, however it doesn't make much of a noticeable difference. As for the electronics, they are very good, especially when comparing them to other light up discs. The TOSY has a motion detection on/off so it's very simple to use if you don't care about the particulars. It has four different buttons for programing. How long it stays on after motion detected, what color type (mono color, dynamic, rainbow, random), how bright it is, and a color selector (only used when on mono color mode). It can be confusing trying to figure out the colors, and on top of that, It is very hard to tell which of the four buttons is which when it's dark out. I tend to just ignore what color it is and leave it on any of the modes. The battery life is very good, and it is a usb-c charging port. Overall this TOSY light up disk remains one of the bests and has a similar feel to the Discraft Ultrastar. As for the others, I bought a TOMLEON STARTRAIL LED frisbee and a CIPTON LED frisbee. They both have a smaller diameter than the Ultrastar and do not throw well at all. One pro for the STARTRAIL is that is is very very bright. Other than that I would not recommend it. The CIPTON is the worst out of all of them. It's made out of extremely hard plastic and has a huge battery pack sticking out of the bottom. Overall, I would definitely recommend the TOSY disc, however there are some options that I would consider next time, the top one being the Nite Ize Flashflight as it seems to have a better replication of the Ultrastar, however it is not as bright and it has a battery pack sticking out from the bottom.

The colors are vivid and make nighttime tosses tons of fun. It’s taken several hits on the driveway and keeps on ticking. Wound up buying another for my nephews. Highly recommend this particular model!

Took to the beach and played after dark. Others came up to want to play with our group. Lots of fun! Good exercise. Tougher than I thought it would be. Good quality. I know I'll buy more as gifts.

I ordered this and it did not work at all. I contacted customer support, amd they had a replacement disc delivered the next day! The new disc works great!

I have three kids ranging from 8 to 14. We all had so much fun playing with the frisbee as a family. I love that you can play in the dark as well. Customer service was top notch when I had an issue. They responded back on the same day after I emailed them using the email address found on the frisbee. I would highly recommend this frisbee.

Era un regalo para mi sobrino y a mi hermana le dio por irse de viaje unos días después de haber hablado con ella toda la semana para enviarle el regalo adecuado. Así que el día de la entrega no había nadie. Pero DHL nos atendió superbién y no hubo problemas. Además, le ha gustado mucho; ya está deseando probarlo con sus amigos en la playa de noche. Es muy chulo.

I don't typically write reviews, but this Frisbee is worthy of one, lol. I bought this as a last minute purchase prior to a Caribbean vacation. This Frisbee, or flying disc, as they call it is amazing. It is very bright with a multitude of colours and variations. We played after dark (of course), on the beach and the first time it strayed into the ocean, I panicked. Well... turns out it ended up in the ocean a lot, due to wind and too much wine, lol, however, that was not an issue at all. This Frisbee is waterproof and was tested to the max. The only hiccup with the product is the battery life. It requires charging after every game and the battery died during one of our games, mind you we had been playing for a couple of hours. Overall, a great item which gave us hours of fun. We even played Frisbee in the pool without any issues. Well made & I would definitely recommend & buy again.

I have owned many frisbees in my 52 years on this planet, as a child growing up in the late 70s/early 80s they were pretty much compulsory during the summer, and we used to spend hours throwing and catching them. One of my favourites was a luminous one that glowed in the dark, after a period of time under a bright lamp. Unfortunately it never maintained the glow for very long, so was used mainly in the day like the others. As a big gadget fan, I was mesmerised when I chanced upon the Tosy RGB Frisbee - 16 million colours from the 108 LEDs in 36 positions, and brighter lighting than I’ve ever seen on a light-up frisbee before. This was a veritable UFO! And it would finally allow me to frisbee when the lighting’s not great - even during the night! So I ordered it immediately, even though I had concerns that this would be the most expensive frisbee I’ve ever owned, and I hoped the build quality and lighting would justify the cost. I needn’t have worried, when it arrived it ticked all the right boxes - it’s fantastically well built, and the LEDs are powerful, and there is zero likelihood of being able to damage them as they’re built-in to, and covered by, the transparent rim. All the simple controls are on the underside of the frisbee, where you can set the brightness, how long it stays lit up/game mode, the patterns, and the main colour using pressure buttons that won’t be triggered accidentally in normal use. In the air, it is a thing of beauty - once you’ve seen it fly, you’ll never want to go back to a frisbee without LEDs. It’s easy to throw and pretty forgiving if your technique isn’t great, or if, like me, your frisbee skills are a little rusty. Even my 82 year old Mum has had a few goes and loved it, it’s ’fun for all the family’ as they say! When it lands, it continues to flash so you can find it easily in low light/nighttime - I’ve found this an invaluable feature which makes it much easier to find. And it even comes with a mesh storage bag you can slip over your shoulder. Friends’ kids who’ve seen it have been just as mesmerised as I was, and played with it for hours on end. For me it’s brought the frisbee into the 21st Century, and long may it be enjoyed by the current and next generations. If you don’t try this out, you’re doing yourself a disservice, because it’s frisbee, but it’s more. The LEDs make it all the more exciting and entertaining, and mean you can still use it when it’s not daylight. It’s definitely worth the price, and more! A very easy two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻
