Needle snaps in half on first stitch
Now I understand why they give you 25 needles. The very first needle, the very first stitch using normal thread to sew a wool bracelet the eye snaps clear off. No pressure, no hard materials, no force. Just trying to stitch a soft bracelet. Very bad quality.

Broken eyes
The product would have been good,, but all the needle eyes are broken All of them, plus I only received 23 needles when it says 25,, the one who sells this broken down products to customers, what are your aims?
