The HONOR WATCH GS 3 features an 8-channel PPG heart rate sensor, sleep quality monitoring, and support for over 100 workout modes to help you stay healthy and active. Review: Absolutely fabulous. - I have had an Honor Magic watch for a couple of years but, when I saw the offer price on this latest model, I decided to upgrade. There is no more having to use the excellent (but is it safe?) Huaweii Health app. which isn't available from the Google app. store, instead a very similar Honor app. is downloaded from Google. The GS3 itself does everything you could possibly want in a smartwatch, except I don't think it takes your temperature, but its monitoring of heart, blood oxygen, steps, sleep and stress is great. You can even input your weight and B.P. into the app. (not from the watch) and get charts and lots of info. There is a mike and speaker which is amazingly loud and clear for music playing independent of your phone, and with your phone it also shows Google notifications and you can make phone calls. The screen is amazingly clear. The bluetooth range is also fantastic, really useful if you forgot where you put down your phone (anywhere in my average sized detached house). I'm an old chap trying to look after my health so I can't comment on all the fitness activity features, as I wont be using most of them, but it seems to have everything covered, even swimming strokes. My rowing machine which wasn't in the activities of the original magic watch is in there, so hopefully it will soon be counting my strokes on that. I have only two niggles, 1) There are so many amazing watch faces to try, its taking up a lot of my time trying them all out, but seriously 2) The Auto brightness can be too dim in low indoor light (you might have say watching T.V.). I think a Firmware update to allow users to calibrate this would be useful, in all other situations it seems to work great. Last of all there are no ongoing monthly fees for the app. and I haven't noticeced any ads either so far. It looks really cool with the black stainless steel 22 mm strap I fitted, so I'm ready for the swimming baths. Review: Great watch and excellent price - I have had a Huawei Watch 2 for about 5 years, and the battery was only giving me about 1 days use (although at best I only got 2-3 days). So I wanted a new watch with a long battery life at a good price. Its slightly larger than the Huawei - 46mm vs 42mm, which makes it easy to read. Good Points - Long battery life (about 6 days with constant HR, SpO2, Stress and Sleep monitoring, and the brightness set at 2) Constant SpO2 monitoring, not common on watch at this price Accurate and fast GPS Low Price (£119) Honor Health App gives you plenty of data Waterproof Bad Points - Cannot use Huawei Health App (so I've lost all my history) nor can it send data to Google Fit like the Huawei App could No NFC (but I don't use this much anyway) Silicon strap isn't great (but I bought a velcro strap for £10, which makes it more comfortable) Auto brightness isn't the best, lowest setting is difficult to read (which it seems to use all the time indoors). I've set it to 2, which works well even in sunlight. Overall for the price this is a great watch, especially for health monitoring.

Great Smartwatch
The Honor GS3 Smartwatch is very lightweight and elegant. The design allows for contact with the whole of the dial. Set up is very easy once you download the Honor Health app. There is a huge range of downloadable watch faces. The big advantage of this watch is battery life: it is permanently connected to Bluetooth and I leave it on overnight for sleep tracking and one full charge lasted for 13 days. My previous watch, the Huawei Watch 2 lasted roughly 2 days. The biggest downside of this watch is that there is no Google Pay available. Not a huge problem for me, but noticeable. I'm not a fan of silicon straps (why is the leather strap option so much more expensive?) but that is fixable with a metal bracelet. It would be good if Honor had more strap options. This can track a great variety of your sporting and exercise activity. For me, steps, heart rate and sleep tracking is plenty. Though the stress meter is nice. A very reasonable price, an elegant look and great battery life mean I am happy to recommend this device.

Stunning watch
Looks amazing, feels like a really high quality, premium watch. Plenty of options for customisation on the dial and strap. The battery life is great, lasts for days and all the functions work really well with the Honor fitness app. Compared to other brands of the same type / style this out-performs on price, durability, battery life and subjectively, style! Highly recommended.

Incredible design
I've had many smart watches and most of them I choose based on how well they look on the wrist and this one takes pole position. Very respectable looking and convincing design. Slim size with gold finish combined with the leather or with your own gold bracelet just looks stunning. Battery life could be better but 5 days is still good compared to the smart phone wannabe watches it rivals. I now turn off the device whenever it is not on my wrist and I really only wear it outside to work or similar. I do not wear it to bed. This way I get just over 7 days of battery life. Takes calls and maintains connection just fine. Though I rarely use any of these functions except in necessities. I wish it had sapphire coating and a metal back and a higher IP rating...but that would likely break the bank. This is affordable for a reason.

Great watch at a great price
Got this to replace my Huawei GT2.... I'd upgraded to an Honor Magic V3 and the GT2 wouldn't sync notifications properly. This works perfectly, has the same great battery life etc. Pity they don't have watch designer like the newer Huawei do, or replying to messages like Android Wear.. but it's a great watch none the less.

Premium look and feel
Looks great, feels nice, battery lasts a long time. This watch does a lot, exercise tracking, sleep tracking, connects to the phone for calls and notifications, controls the music and camera. It's brilliant, the only downside for me is you can't directly reply to messages or emails, not even quick replies. This would be 5 star if that were possible

The best smart watch I ever bought
The best smart watch, I have ever bought, I bought two. When I realised that you can put pictures on the clock face was the best, I change the face all the time.
