Saved our sleep and taste great
These magnesium tablets have helped save our sleep! I use these for my 7 year old who has ADHD and has a hard time switching off, these have helped her to drift off to sleep naturally and she loves the taste of them.

Bought for kids
I bought these magnesium chews a few months ago , in particular for my little boy who struggles to wind down at night time. They seem to have made a great difference in helping him relax before bed. My only “complaint” is that they taste a little chalky. But they are super easy for kids to take as they are chewable. Will definitely buy again when these run out.

Cheaper option to liquid magnesium
Great value, and they are easy to crush and put into a drink for little ones who don't like the texture as they are a bit chalky. Dissolve fairly well.
