This product was perfect for our classroom office space for our treatment center, very well recommended and easy use.

Update: 3/31/2025 - FYI. Support for this unit is virtually nonexistent. There was a Wechat QR code for support, but it is in Chinese. I did not see a translation option. There isn't a website for the company, and the manual is very limited. I was having a software issue, but I was able to get back up and running after a Windows update caused it to crash. October 2024 - Initial purchase. I purchased this interactive whiteboard for our office to help communicate with customers and office members. The functionality seems fine, and the screen responsiveness to touch commands is acceptable. I will warn you that the unit is incredibly heavy at more than 160 lbs. I didn't notice this when I purchased it or would have likely bought another model. The unit I purchased did not come with a stand which is disappointing for the money that I spent on it. Also, the unit does not have a Windows license, also very disappointing. I've just begun to scratch the surface of this unit's capabilities and will continue to report on my experiences.

Amazon ensured that the delivery was made on time. One of the smart boards malfunctioned and the supplier promptly sent a replacement. Great customer service.

The smart board arrived early. It came with a fixed wall mount and not a mobile stand as seen in some of the pictures. Customer service has provided prompt responses to our inquiries.

We purchased tv cable to CAT 5 cable adapter and still it does not work. Believe we may have to get an cable to HDMI cord now. Could you tell me if you can change the source to television at all? yes or no

It was broken when it arrived

Purchased this unit 2 months ago and everything works great. We use for meetings to display and make comments with whiteboard. screen is very responsive and sound and camera is good in a meeting room. Great customer service as well.

The device appears great on the surface but after using it once it went into a software reboot mode and is now stuck. I can't get contact info for customer service. when scanning the QR code the number shown is invalid.
