These work great, Great resistance. I've ordered another brand last summer that was made out of the same stuff the pool noodles are and after the first summer they deteriorated . This is my first summer with these but they have a coating on them so I think they will be ok. I'll keep you posted.

This took forever to arrive and by the time it got to me I had forgotten about it. The the price is great and it has more volume compared to the one (triangular shaped) I saw first time. I think it could be still be heavier (more dense) with more resistance and have ideas to improve it for myself but the product is great for starting out.

Have been using these for years for upper body strengthening in water. Standing in a water depth about chest high you are able to do many different exercises. Complete aqua therapy exercises are available online.

I use them 5 days a week on average. I wish they would let you know how many lbs it is in the water. That would have been helpful.

These were great in the water! I gave them as a gift and my friend said she used them every time she went to pool.

My wife uses these for water aerobics and loves them. They are well made and serve the purpose for which they were made.

great workout for old lady arms. Not too much stress, but enough tension to feel it working. Little cheap, but I store them out of the sun.
