Why does it say it is not shipping till after June 6th? I have hummingbirds now. That is a month away.

The bag was broken when it arrived so i threw the bag away and put the powder in a container. now i no longer have the instructions. what is the ratio

For hummingbirds: 1 scoop nectar powder per 1 C water. For orioles, 1 scoop per 1-1/2 C water. Nectar stays fresh in feeder for up to 2 weeks, even in hot weather. Store extra nectar in fridge.

Is that artificial color?

This is a clear all natural hummingbird nectar. There is no artificial coloring.
