Quick and responsive
The unit is made of plastic but nowhere does it feel cheap. The build quality looks solid and feel is somewhat premium compared to its competitors. Comes in a petite box making it easy to carry around for work purpose without damaging the product. The wire does not look brittle and feels of good quality, so prima facie can say it won't break that easily like it usually does with the competitors. The rubber base keeps the machine planted on any surface. Extremely satisfied with the product. Would recommend 10/10. The only issue faced by me was that the drivers need to be uninstalled and reinstalled for the RD service to work properly. That was irritating to my clients. But if you are patient enough, i think it gets the job done well.

Product not working
Govt of India has issued notification that this device has been not work from 21/11/2024. Then you have to stopped selling such type of product which are banned working by Govt of India. This is a cheating with me. Now this device is not for any use. Hence I request to return back this product from my address at the earliest and oblige me. Please refund the money which I have paid COD Rs.4309/- on 19/02/2025.
