Not recommended based on my experience
It actually ended up not working for me. I couldn't keep one laptop and one desktop synced. It was frustrating and led me to turn to Outlook Exchange Online, which works almost perfectly, with a few adjustments.I tried to get a refund on the software, but they wouldn't do it because it was just over a month from when I bought it, even though Amazon said a refund was still an option. So that part was odd. Not recommended based on my experience.

I couldn't get this software to work.
U could not figure out how to get this software to synch contact lists and calendars across my computers and devices. I found a better way to do this using features in Wind 10.

Do not buy this product.
THe program synced 25,000 events to 1 day's calendar and locked up not only my outlook contacts but also Gmail calender. The company refused to say that it was the sync products fault. They insinuated that I sat there and created 25,000 calendar events on 1 day. These people are ridiculous do not buy this product!

This company has absolutely terrible support - and the software is quite poor. Avoid them.

awful, awful, awful.
tried to give 0 stars but it won't let me. unbelievably bad company. STAY AWAY. 24 hours ago, i purchased a sync2 product to sync between my laptop and my desktop. i installed on my desktop, ran the software a single time and realized that, based on my network environment, it would work better to use my laptop as "home base" and install the software there but still to sync the exact same pst file between the exact same computers. no problem, i thought. so i completely uninstalled it from my desktop and reinstalled on my laptop, only to get an activation error. no problem, i thought - i'll just email support and they'll sort it out because i'm clearly only trying to use it on a single computer per the license.but it was a problem. despite my reasonable explanation, and despite that there was literally no downside to them release my activation, they refused to do so - telling me i have to wait 3 weeks before i can use it on my laptop.no problem i thought, i'll just make use of the money back guarantee. but again - it was a huge problem for no reason at all. suddenly the "satisfaction guarantee" meant "we will refund you only if the program is broken."all the customer support person could do was condescendingly state that i had agreed to the eula. 1) the eula is cinfusing, deceptive, and misleading and even if it says what this rep said it did, they'd still lose a legal battle because you the law does not allow companies to bury stuff deep in fine print and jargon to defraud customers. 2) but more importantly, even if it were totally enforceable - they were faced with a choice: make an exception that would cost them absolutely nothing and which was perfectly reasonable given the circumstances, or be ridiculous and functionally rob a customer of the money they paid 24 hours earlier solely to..:idk...prove a point? and they chose the latter. even if i hadn't personally lost money on this, i'd still be outraged because that kind of idiocy just has no place in the world and should not be rewarded by customers purchases.tl;dr - this company's website says "software you can trust." perhaps, if you're allowed to use it. but you certainly can't trust the company itself - it is seriously shady and operated under a god awful customer service and business model. the got away with my money but eventually their unethical practices will be their end. do yourselves a favor and steer clear of 4team!!

BEWARE!!! You buy it but you cannot reinstall it on the same computer!!!
I bought the subscription 12/29/18 and used it but had had many problems with it. Today I reinstalled it hoping they would be resolved, but my Activation did not work.I started chat help but the rep (Logan) advised me that: QUOTE''..........Logan: If you downloaded the software directly from our website, then you are trying to activate the newest version. Condescending support people
I think the software might work if they had decent tech support. But, all they seem to want to do is zoom through trying every switch and option in their settings until something happens. Then they are done. If it still doesn't work, then they claim it's Outlook that is the problem. And they are obnoxious along with it. I think there is really only one support person, he just changes his name every so often. It's unfortunate that people like this think this is the way to run a business. Probably another out of business soon.

Can corrupt your conatcts
Caused massive dup.'s in my OL and iCloud contact's, took hour to clean up, doesn't work and no refund !
