I've only just started using this product but so far I have no complaints. I've not had any of the ill side effects that some typically report from taking iron supplements, however, I don't take a full tablet, I only take a quarter to a half simply because of my height and weight. When I get my iron levels checked again, I'll determine whether my approach is working, and try to remember to update here. The pill itself isn't large, so it's easy to take even if you take a whole pill. There's no taste that I noticed, and no stomach upset. My energy levels seem to have been better since starting it, but I don't know if that's the idea of taking it or if it's already working so soon? I like that the ingredients are minimal compared to some other iron pills like SlowFE which has added synthetic colorings, so I think the quality of this pill is better, and the price-point seems good too.

This vitamin is amazing! I've taken it daily for a very long time. It's helped boost my iron levels. No upset stomach or constipation. I work at a blood donation center and I have recommended this to SEVERAL donors including coworkers who struggle with their hemoglobin. I hear from my donors all the time on how they are so grateful they are that this was strongly recommended because it has helped them as well.

Definitely helpful and efficient. Easy to take. Doesn't taste like anything when its in your mouth. Only thing - Im not taking a star off for this bc its an iron related thing not just this product. When I have little air bubble burps, they taste awful. I had no idea what was causing them until I gave one of these to my friends and she said she had a terrible tasting burp and I realized it had to be this. There are things you can do to deter that, like drinking with orange juice or something but just an FYI that this one does that to me and my friend.

Recommended from my doctor, like it and seems to help. Easy to swallow doesn’t give me any tummy upset. Seems good value for money.

I was diagnosed with iron deficiency. My Healthcare facility's pharmacy had a basic 65mg iron supplement available and I was instructed to take it with vitamin C 40 minutes prior to a meal, every other day, as it could cause constipation. Those supplements absolutely caused constipation even though I was taking it as instructed. As a result, compliance was not good. I had someone tell me that there were iron supplements that were supposed to be "easy" on the digestive system and not cause constipation. I found this product that had the recommended 65mg of iron and vitamin C that was marketed as easy on digestion and the reviews said people didn't experience constipation. I was skeptical but thought I'd give it a try. I have been taking these for about 3 weeks and am very pleased that they did not cause constipation, which also means I can take one each day rather than every other day. Not only am I not experiencing negative side effects, I've noticed an improvement since starting them. I don't feel as lethargic, dizzy, or out of breath as before. I'm pleasantly surprised these worked out so well and will continue to use them. I would highly recommend them.
