I’ve been taking Ceylon cinnamon for years as I have diabetes in my family and am doing everything I can to avoid it. I started to distrust the brand I’d been taking as the last bottle I received did not smell like cinnamon at all — more like a medicinal kind of smell. How can a cinnamon supplement not smell at all like cinnamon? This was very concerning as I had no idea what I was putting in my body, and In researching for a replacement I found that other brands were also starting to get reviews sharing the same experience. Makes me wonder if they’re over-harvesting this crop and are now selling sub-par product to meet demand. Blue Lily was one brand I found that so far did not have this type of complaint so I decided to give it a try, and I’m happy to say my first bottle actually smells like Ceylon cinnamon. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that this continues to be the case, but I will update if anything changes.

I am out of gymna sylvestre..wow I probably spelled that incorrectly, but that is what I take for blood sugar. It works GREAT. This cinnamon may have helped inflammation, but did nothing for my blood sugar.Just had to share. I am low blood sugaring right now and Amazon is late on yet another delivery..too bad it is the stuff that works.These are also a bit big to swallow

I believe this to be true Ceylon cinnamon. Have tried other brands that taste as though they should be on a danish! Do your research. I have, and I trust this brand to not destroy my liver!

Good alternate to the powder. No taste, just swallow and move on with day.
