Compact and easy to store. Used it for air travel. Perfect to use for extra carry on baggage while navigating through the airport.!!!

Fabulous if used as designed for air travel
If you need a cart that you can put your “carry-on “ and “personal item” on to get to your gate. And then slip into your bag. This is the best option available. It folds up so small I can slip it into the laptop section of my carry-on.( I do not carry a laptop with me.) this is possible because the wheels fold in. and it’s super light. Super light and affordable does mean. The handle is twisty and not particularly sturdy, but it does the job and does not break. I completely overloaded the cart. This trip. I put my 37 pound checked duffle bag and my carry-on and my backpack personal item and I got it all the way to the outdoor rental car location with very little problem. Did I have to go slow? Yes. did I have to be careful over bumps yes. but It did the trick without breaking. Watch the video to see where the buttons are to fold in the wheels and to fold down the handle. Once you know where they are, the cart takes seconds to fold up. I can see why there are a lot of returns. This is not a heavy duty box mover. But Great for air travel. I took off one star because it would be nice if there was a way for the handles not to be twisty.

It broke on my first trip
The design is good. The materials are not .The telescopic handle is cheap , one section jumped out on my first trip , first problem. Second problem plastic piece that stops the wheel from folding under cracked and broke. One month return window was gone when I got back home .I am wondering if I could get an exchange. Who should I contact .

Best trolly I’ve found
Strong and doesn’t wobble like the others. Fit it compartment with my carryon camera case. I attach the handle via a bungie to my larger checkin and it rolls behind again without falls or turning over. Love this thing. Saving my back!

Great design, weak components.
Love the design and light weight, perfect for someone like me, frequently on planes with just a carry on etc. Easy to stow inside back pack when necessary. Can see it will need taking care of, all folding mechanisms are plastic ( degrades and cracks rapidly here in Arizona) and handle twists dramatically when extended, putting strain on the folding brackets. If the handle extension tubes were oval or square tube perhaps it would be less inclined to twist.I had to tighten a few loose screws and free a tight wheel before my first trip.

It's broken
I have the previous model to carry my tote during business travel. While it's not the most sturdy product, it serves my purpose just fine. It's also compact enough to put in my tote when needed. After two years of frequent use, and no substantial issues, I bought the upgraded model simply because of the improved way to fold the product. I was also hoping it would be a little more sturdy. Well, it's no more sturdy than the previous model, but folding it is much easier. I did, however, notice the pertruding rack kept coming out. After a closer look I saw that one side is broken. I've only used this three times, and it's too late to return it. I'm hoping the seller will stand by the producer and facilitate an exchange.

Portable industrial pool truck
Haven’t used it yet, but it looks fantastic. It’s really small and it gets really tall and it can fit in just about any backpack and actually looks pretty strong too. I’m happy with it Roland. Well, it turned out. This thing didn’t work long at all after second use of not even using that much weight the arm handle broke, which was twisting too much anyway, and something came loose on the bottom a waste of my money.

Perfect for what it's designed to do
I bought this to save my shoulders from lugging my "personal item" around airports. This IS NOT DESIGNED for heavy loads. For my 15pound tote bag (with computer. accessories, a book or two, and my purse) it's excellent. I wouldn't go food shopping with it, or take anything heavy. I did use it on NYC streets to try it out taking a bag of stuff from my apartment to another location. Worked perfectly. This will fit into my bag when it's not rolling. Also, big shout-out to the reviewer who added the instructions for how to fold it up after using! Reposting from her review so it's easier for all to find:"The instructions were solely in Chinese & the illustrations not helpful at all so refolding the cart presented a problem at first. Push the handle down to it’s smallest size. Then, on the outside of each wheel is a small black “square” shape. It does not look like it but you actually push this little square down toward ground. Now hmmm, how to fold the handle over? Once you see the little metal bar between two springs on the base of the handle, you can’t unsee it! Push down slightly and the handle will fold. Easy peasy!"
