Quite sturdy, easy to use. It’s thick so I don’t think it’s something I can wear under a shirt if going to work. Just started using it so unsure how effective it is. My only issue, is the band tend to ride up into my armpit and I have to keep adjusting. I wear it over my shirt. I don’t think it’s something I can wear on bare skin. Compared to first one I had, this PAOGL is 1000 times better.

the arm band is sized for someone with a bigger bicep, and it folded and slipped out weirdly in the back when it was pulled down where it was supposed to be on the bicep. Took a bit of trying to overlap the velcro to get it to stay in place (and limiting my own arm movement). Only plus side, I was able to have a good night sleep without waking up gasping in pain from moving unconsciously in a bad way. With the brace even the slightest twinge of burning pain that would take a minute or two to stop normally, disappeared quickly. I would definitely recommend it, just be prepared for some fitting issues.Just recieved a Medium which fit perfect but had to use the chest strap from the large. The medium strap was too small, but brace fit perfect.

I agree with others that the brace gaps at the neck. Product smells really bad like it may have been treated with chemicals although it seemed made from sturdy materials.For other injuries, it may work well, but if you have an inflamed bursa and can not stand any pressure or touch in the ball joint areas, it does not help. It hurts so I can not wear.

I BOUGHT THE SHOULDER BRACE FOR MY HUSBAND TO GET HIM THROUGH UNTIL HE CAN HAVE HIS SHOULDER REPLACEMENT SURGERY. THE BRACE IS GREAT. 4 STARS BECAUSE IT IS A BIT CUMBERSOME TO PUT ON AND WITH MY HUSBANDS BAD SHOULDERS HE CAN ONLY GET IT ON WITH MY HELP. AN ICE PACK WITH THIS BRACE WOULD BE A GREAT PLUS!

I’ve tried a few shoulder braces with higher ratings on Amazon than this. But this brace is much better than those super comfortable and provides much needed support.

Fit all sizes well. Helps with shoulder pain with and without ice/heat pack
