After my HP laptop got smashed I Brought an old 2010 MacBook back into service. The installation was straightforward. The included Y blade tool couldn't get 2 of the 3 screws out - so had to get a deluxe screw kit that included 3 Y blades... The battery fit well but one mounting holes didn't line up - had to grab a spare screw to jimmy it in one of the holes... after its all said and done - It charged up and worked like it should. Good price to keep the MacBook going a few more months...

Bought this to revive an old MacBook. The installation was straightforward and fairly simple. The included tools were very low quality and didn't survive the disassembly, so be prepared to have your own tools. The battery fit well but some of the mounting holes didn't line up. It charged up and works like it should.

Arrived around 80% charged. The provided tools are pretty useless. After purchasing some tools that work, the change was easy. For my normal use mode, something like running xcode developing an iOS apps while simultaneously watching an instructional video, this battery dropped about 1.6% per minute in the mid charge range. So, probably good for about an hour with that kind of use. For web surfing it'll likely be fine.

After searching around to find out why my trackpad was coming out of my MacBook, I concluded the battery was the issue. I searched several companies and choose this one per the other reviews. The battery came rather fast and the included tools were exactly what I needed to remove and insert the new battery. I liked that it came already 75% charged. My MacBook is running like new. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Battery was fine, screwdriver was worthless , had to use dremel and make a flat tip screw..... Screwdriver should work 100% , 3 winged screwdriver was to big....

It fit perfect works great. The only bad part is the in adequate screwdriver set that comes with it, but other than that it holds the charge perfect

Product was as described and operated as expected. Instructions to charge properly were not included, but early found online. I am pleased with the purchase.

Installed on a 2010 MacBook. Fits perfectly, charges, and holds a charge just as it should. It was even shipped with a set of screwdrivers that included all the needed tools to complete the repair. Before the new battery was installed the computer wouldn’t work without being plugged into a charger. It now works flawlessly!
