99 Favorite Spatula, One Size Fits All, Black

This is a handy tool and is one that we already have. It's the only one that we use anymore. Far better than the wider ones. I plan on ordering another just to have on hand. I recommend this product. Super fast delivery.

When someone steals the one at work, I get another one. I have given these as gifts to everyone I know. They are just the right size for cookies, pizza, small pans, small hands, Bagel Bites. They last for many, many years, wash great in the dishwasher, feel great in the hand, the perfect handle length and weight. I have nothing bad to say about this little helper.

I like this spatula to help move the cooked eggs away from the side of the pan as I cook an omelet in an 8-inch (20 cm) skillet. This allows the uncooked eggs to contact the pan so the omelet cooks more quickly. I also like to use it when making crepes, together with my fingers, to turn the crepe over in the pan, and to remove the crepe from the pan when finished cooking. If used with high heat the spatula will begin to melt. On my first one I have used a wood chisel to trim the melted areas from the tip, providing a new wedge tip with a thin leading edge. Because I like the narrow shape I have bought two more to have on hand should I overheat one beyond such repairs. They are rather inexpensive.

Was looking for a smaller spatula with heat resistance and this is not it. While I do like the size and ease of cleaning, it does lack on heat resistance. I always cook on low heat, never high and never leave my utensils on, in or near a hot pan. After the first week, the very edge of the spatula you use to lift/flip food looked melted and sure enough it was. Melted from just turning food, you might want to pass this one by.

Not silicone and high-heat safe at all. Used once on low heat and the edges immediately started to melt. Do not buy this.
