My breathing at night was fixed with these nasal dilators. I could tell the first night after using them. Best night sleep in a long time and snoring was much less. Have been using them every night and very happy. You won’t be disappointed.

Helps keep airways open. These work well. I’ve tried several kinds. Don’t try to sleep with the sport ones, they’ll irritate your nose after too long.

absolutely garbage. Way too soft, does not.open nasal airways. Pure garbage . Definitely not useful for deviated septum. Do not recommend.

These work ok but I have trouble getting them to stay in all night. I don’t have a small nose - would consider it average. The smalls don’t completely fit and, while they work while they are in, they fall out almost every night because they aren’t deep enough. I’m already using the smaller size so there isn’t another one to try.

From what a ent told me , I have a slight deviated septum. Using this product instantly opens up my airways and is allowing me to get deeper better quality sleep at night. And my is wife is not nudging me throughout the night telling me that I’m snoring .

I wish I had found these sooner! I struggle with breathing. I have only 1 sinus cavity and narrow passages. The only relief I got was from nasal strips and they tear up my sensitive skin, and I cannot wear them all day. My glasses would not fit properly with them stuck to me nose. This is for sleeping, but I wear it most of the day and night. Took me a day or so to get used to it being there and now I ont feel it and can't live without it. It opens my nasal passages enough to increase my airflow significantly. I feel like I'm being suffocated if I'm not wearing it now because I have gotten so used to breathing correctly for the first time in my life. I wear it during the day and it doesn't interfere with my glasses at all. Most people think I just have a blue nose ring. If they made one that had a silver metal looking bottom, that would be great! I love these things and it had changed my life. I sleep better, my nose isn't as dry, and a lot of my head tension has disappeared. A plus. All the stars!

I wish I could properly convey how absolutely life changing these are for me. I have a deviated septum that is so bad I cannot breathe through my nose to the extent necessary to fill my lungs. Realistically, I just need to have the surgery to fix my nose but I'm dragging my feet about it. In the meantime, I bought the trial pack to see if these would help at all and when I tell you I went from waking up choking because I couldn't breathe to sleeping the whole night, I mean it! I accidentally threw this little buddy away and it was back to waking up choking, waking up with my tongue and throat so dry and painful from mouth breathing, and horrible sleep. I just got the new pack today and almost instantly fell asleep. My husband was even shocked because I could actually sleep and stay asleep! I am so thankful for this little rubber dude or whatever it's made out of because this has given me my sleep back. Thank you!!!
