Best Vitamin D I’ve ever taken. I live in Florida and work/play outside 8-10 hours per day, 7 days per week. I do landscaping, gardening, boating and more; yet every year my bloodwork showed low Vitamin D levels. Everyday I faithfully took my Vitamin D with K2 but still test results showed low levels of Vitamin D. Until I started taking this fermented one. Now my results are “normal”. And Vit D is an important nutrient especially for Seniors.

I needed D3 due to osteopenia. I started taking this. Bone density showed improvement.

It can sometimes be difficult to compare supplements as the reported measurements can be IU, MG, or MCG. When my husband had his last physical, he was deficient in vitamin D3. So, he started taking another brand that was 1000I U (25 mcg). His most recent physical revealed that he was still deficient in vitamin D3. I have been taking this vitamin D3 supplement that is 2000 IU (50 mcg) and is also fermented. Granted the dosage is twice what my husband was taking, but, in my research, I found out that fermented supplements, such as this one, are more readily absorbed. I also appreciate that this D3 supplement is made from non-GMO whole foods rather that being made from synthetic or GMO ingredients. So far, my vitamin D3 is at a good level. It is also important to note the vitamin D3 helps with the absorption of calcium to build bones. By using this vitamin D3 in conjunction with my calcium supplement (also New Chapter), my bone density has increased with each test in the last 6 years. Not bad at 77 years of age!! Based on my experience, I would recommend this brand for a vitamin D3 supplement. My husband has decided to switch to this brand. I hope this review was helpful for you.

This product literally changed my life !!! I went to the doctor in 2023 to get an annual preventative check and later found out my vitamin D was super low ranging at 5 which is INSANE and overly deficient. Healthy vitamin D levels should be ranging between 30-40. After I found out I was deficient I’ve been taking this product ever since and my vitamin D is now at an outstanding 36 !!! My doctor was amazed.
