Great Coffee
I am super sensitive to the histamine and acid found in coffee, but this coffee not only tastes great, it is low in histamine, acid, and mycotoxins so I can tolerate it well. I’m sensitive to caffeine also so I blend the decaf with the regular. This decaf is so good I could just drink straight decaf, whereas so many other brands decaf taste horrible. And what makes this company even better is that the coffee is responsibly shade grown which supports the ecosystem and is organic as well. It is really hard to find a company that hits all the marks the way this one does. I am very grateful to them and will continue to buy their coffee as long as I’m able to!

Using purified water in a french press, it creates a silky smooth coffee that I look forward to each day. Can't beat the value either with the 5-lb self-sealing bag. Highly recommend this coffee.
