Will this hold safely a roland kc 400 amplifier with a 49lbs weight?

It will hold the amp, but not with a 49# weight also!

What are the measurements of the brackets holding the amp(height and depth)?

The height is 15 inches The depth is 7.5 inches The widest width between the two bars is 14 inches. I’m using a Roland KC 400 amp at the lower bars and Soundcraft 8 channel mixer at the top bar for about 3yrs and the item is as sturdy as the first time I used it. Highly recommended.

Will the angle of the stand go vertical, so no upward angle at all?

Yes, it will as stated in description....0 deg to 62.5 deg....0 deg is straight up and down, VERTICAL

What is the minimum height from floor to very top of the cross bars? I need to fit this under a desk when not in use. Thanks!
