i bought the Duxtop 9600LS since it has a high rate review....but I am very very disappointed....the quality of the product is so bad....the POT is always showing even i placed and change multiple pan..... I hear something moving inside when I turn and lift the cooker, ...I just ooen the cooker and not yet use, so after a day I decided to open the cooker rather than requesting and sending back the part (im in the middle east, sending it back is a nightmare)...after opening one of the part, is out from its soldering point....very disappointed....

The product shows a good looking appeal and seems to be well done. Regretfully the power is not much. I've tried for frying, at max power the 1/2 later vegoil temp did not exceed 160C average dropping when food immersed. For searing a steak was absolutely a NO NO. to do that job you need a more powerful hot plate.

Battles to maintain a high temp. Low temp is good. Generally unreliable.

At max power it struggles to heat my cast iron pan properly. Can't use it for searing meat!
