Excellent fit, quality, packaging...everything. Don't try to compress them...you can't, just install them and the hatch will do it for you.

Very easy to install, clips on side is very good. Seems to feel like quality cylinders. Only improvement would be that both ends to have the clips that ensure that they stay on nipple. Initially the side with put the snap clip would pop off easily making me a little leery. In the end they have stayed secured now after a couple months

Does not fit Audi Q7 as advertised

So far so good. I recently installed these lift supports on my 2007 Audi Q7. I didn't realize how heavy that rear hatch is until installing it. Now I realize how stiff these supports need to be. But, I used lift supports for the front hood and rear hatch and have been very pleased with outcome.

The product seems to be well made but the attachment to the hatch is not made well enough to work in cold weather. That's the only explanation which makes sense to me. To put it bluntly, the product fit my 2007 Audi Q7 but it fell off the hatch about 1 in 5 openings. The vendor was very quick to offer me a refund when I contacted them so I give them alot of credit for standing behind the customer, not the product. I ended up buying a slightly more expensive product with a better design. So far, the other product is working great in Fargo, North Dakota.

Quality and holds the trunk well, I'd suggest to use 2 people to install though I fixed it alone. Great packing and arrived fast and as prescribed

There is too much torque on the attachments so that it pops off the connector. The connectors are substantially smaller than the original and does not hold the mount.

Does not fit, wrong size, wrong strength and lacking canted ends to make it fit. Do not buy for an Audi Q7, they will not work.

Does not allow hatch to fully open. Better than old ones, but could add 6 inches.

I bought them for my 2007 Audi Q7 and they did not fit. About an eighth of an inch too long and they broke during installation and trying to take them off.

They lack the bend at the bottom of the strut to be installed. Also are too long by 1.5 inches.

These cylinders are cheaply made. One poped out after 2 months.
