I bought these for a quick sugar boost type of snack. Just one or two to get me through until dinner. I suppose they would work OK in that role. If you can stop at two, or even 20... They're sweet, buttery pecans. Nothing in them is non-addictive in other words. The pecans are mostly whole halves, with some smaller pieces. Need to be careful about those pieces as some are nearly all sugar crystal and hard enough to lead to a dental visit if chomped over-enthusiastically. And yes, I'll be ordering more. Pat
