One of the best pieces of equipment I have bought in years. These personal monitors are ideal for any band set up. They work seamlessly with ultralink.

I did rate 4 stars on value for money because these units are at a premium price point. The complete system is not for the budget minded. I only needed to purchase this part of it as the rest of the system was already owned by a band member. This unit is three hundred, more than I wanted to spend but it was the least I could do being that our band mate had the other three grand already. That being said, we are able to rehearse with headphones, every musician has their own personal mix and the sound is crystal clear. Live we can perform the same personal mix or configure a different mix for our live needs and store these settings into memory. Everyone has their own individual mix via in ear or personal powered monitor iliminating typical monitor feed back problems and allowing much lower stage volumes. I should say you get what you pay for with this system I just don't know how many local working musicians are ready for the investment.

I have used these before in a couple of bands. Now that I am doing sound for one, I want everyone to have one to use and make my life easier. They are great due to the fact you can take any signal and control it in your own monitor mix. Either via powered floor monitor or in-ears.

This is simply a must-have in any application. The versatility and ease of use right out of the box cannot be overstated. For the price you are getting an amazing unit.

This device has changed the game in my opinion. It’s cheaper than the AVIOM and it functions just the same. I do suggest getting the s16 distributions box so it can run Poe (power over Ethernet) the Ethernet cable that comes with it isn’t long enough for most applications but making you own cable is easy enough.

I just used this for the first time and I AM IN LOVE. I usually sing and play acoustic with a carvin iem system but this weekend I was on the drums trying this P16M out for the first time. Holy moly, this thing is feature rich and awesome if you're an audio engineer type. So right off the bat, I can't say enough good things about the ability to modify everything on each input channel from the limiter to channel gain to overall volume and basic three band EQ, I was impressed. And then the ability to take the mono inputs and move them across a stereo sound stage in your ears?!? Can you say heaven?! The only issue I had was saving settings but I'm sure I'll break out the manual and learn how to do it correctly. This little mixer is a dream come true!!

Der Monitormixer wird über Ultranet (Ethernetkabel) mit dem Mischpult verbunden. Es stehen 16 Kanäle zur Verfügung, die individuell konfiguriert und gemischt werden können. Jeder Kanal hat einen Equalizer. Mehrere P16-M können hintereinander geschaltet (Daisy-chain) oder mit dem entsprechenden Hub sternförmig verkabelt werden. Letztere Variante hat den Vorteil, das Gerät mit Strom über das Ethernetkabel zu versorgen (PoE). So kann ich mir meinen individuellen Monitorsound zusammenstellen ohne vom FOH abhängig zu sein. Wenn man die Logik einmal verstanden hat (guckst du YouTube tutorials) dann ist es wirklich ein "Gamechanger". Absolute Empfehlung für Musiker, die ein entsprechendes Digitalmischpult von Behringer einsetzen und ein guten Monitorsound haben wollen. Einzig von der Halterung zur Montage an einen Mikroständer würde ich abraten. Die ist unzuverlässig (rutscht hin und her) und unhandlich (Schraube von Hand zu lösen ist wirklich ein Kunststück) - es gibt eine Reihe anderer Lösungen (Google ist dein Freund) ...

Very easy to use and implement. Ideal for setting up headphone mixes or in ear monitor mixes. Can also be used to tailor monitor wedge mixes! Having a limiter and individual pan, volume for each track is useful, and being able to group channels is clever! Very simple, quick and effective - if you don't have a monitor person, this will take the load off your sound man!

Espectacular, funciona a la perfección, es plug and play, nada de configuraciones complejas, lo ame y parte de la banda que lo probó quedaron encantados, no es muy asequible por su precio pero creo que hay uno nuevo que en teoría funciona igual!

Excellent product. Works as expected
