I got this product and was very disappointed. I followed all the directions (had to use google translate because it’s in Japanese) and it cracked every time. Using my prior clay knowledge I re-hydrated the clay until so much of the clay dissolved that it was unusable. By far the worst thing i’ve ever bought on amazon. Please don’t buy for your own sake. I think other kits would be nice, i’d try them as long as they’re in english.

No english instructions. It does have a DVD don’t know if that is in english . I don’t have don’t have dvd player

Art Clay Silver is a great idea. The only problem with the starter kit is that all the writing on the box and instructions inside, including the DVD, is in Japanese. That's not good for someone that knows only English. (Although, I must say, Japanese looks like an interesting language.) After opening the sealed envelope containing the clay, there is a piece of paper with small text in English giving directions on how to fire the clay. I had intentions of making a small intricate pendant, but it doesn't look like the 10g of Art Clay that the starter kit comes with will be enough. 10g is about the size of a thick $.25 quarter. There are videos on 'YouTube' on how to work with Art Clay.

I got this to begin my silver clay journey but when it arrived it was missing the extra 5g silver clay that was listed in the description. So I only got 10g instead of the listed 15g. This was disappointing as the kit was expensive and silver clay is expensive.

Best value of silver clay learning kits I have seen for sale! Although, the instructions are in Japanese. I just went to the company website in the instruction manual and translated the webpage to English & that solved it! I highly recommend!
