This one works like a charm... Had tried nizoral earlier, but couldn't get the desired results.This one gave results after 2-3 washes itself. Now it's a no brainer regular for me... I’ve been using this for days now and my dandruff is reduced. I used it along with rubber scalp brush, the work great. Now I’m not embarrassed anymore whenever I get my haircut.

My own battles with dandruff lasted several years as the main blue shampoo which was the best option until now also was not the most effective solution. This product first of all is made from relatively harmless ingredients but is not Vegan. It is sulfate and parabens free. But there are certainly some chemicals that you should consider to be part of the allopathic family and therefore acceptable. Examples: Zinc Pyrithione and Ketoconazole.My experience:1. Packaging: average . The package comes in a cardboard box with a plastic bottle and a separate pump. This gives me the impression that this product is essentially meant for domestic consumption in India. The plastic container itself - actually nicely sealed with even an inner stopper.2. And now the shampooing experience. Actually it does work. The foam is thick and the smell is neutral (although claimed to be green apple).Now here is the main tip for you. This will make your hair matt a bit. So you do need a good conditioner to finish the ritual. If you just stop at the shampoo, combing will be a challenge as the hair may get set.I found this shampoo to be effective in leaving my hair clean and no side effects . There was no dandruff that I could notice or any itchy feeling afterward. I felt comfortable that this Indian product is actually effective. The price is a bit on the higher side but you have to view this as a sort of medicine and therefore some what acceptable.On balance, with a point deducted for some average packaging, I am happy to give it four stars.

This anti dandruff shampoo actually works VERY well. I am not a huge fan of the scent, it has a very distinct scent of thousand island dressing mixed with essential oils, but thankfully when you use a conditioner, you can’t smell the shampoo any longer. It does take a bit more than usual to get a decent lather but it does a great job of cleaning your hair. No weird residue left behind and it doesn’t cause any reactions. I have had significant reduction of dandruff and itching since using this. I would highly recommend it to others.

ordered this for my husband who sometimes has issues with dry scalp/dandruff. the first thing he noticed was the scent of the product was not something that was too appealing to him. i smelled it and i felt the same way. despite this, he chose to use it for the advertised benefits of the shampoo. it works just ok, not as well as other similar products have worked to combat dandruff. unfortunately we wouldnt recommend this product.

Let me begin this review by saying I have hair that’s over 24” long. I need good/strong (natural is fine) shampoo. I have other natural deodorants that do a great job. This is not one of them. It looks like the company is aiming to be a “healthy brand”. But there’s so many ingredients on the bottle I’ve NEVER heard of. And I look at ingredients lists of everything. It’s not even that it’s just scientific names for basic things like “water”.But let’s talk about the effectiveness of washing my hair. I tried using this on my hair in the amount I use other shampoos and it was not enough. This soap almost had no lathering capabilities. It went into my hair and out like someone slipped slime in my hair. Did not work. Not to mention my hair was so wiry and needed extra shampoo because the soap made it worse or something.

The safety seal sticker on this Bold Care Anti Dandruff Shampoo for Men looked kind of sketchy, but it did have an inner seal as well. And while I was pretty excited to smell the Green Apple scent, I was disappointed that it barely had a hint of that & actually reminded me more of a green banana scent (not really what I was hoping for in a shampoo). But as this is meant as a treatment for itchy scalp, I'm not that surprised that the scent wouldn't be all that great. I always let it soak into my scalp for the suggested time (which is actually fairly long at 3-4 minutes as compared to the length of time one usually has to let stuff like conditioner sit). And while it does leave my hair feeling squeaky clean, my scalp doesn't feel particularly soothed or refreshed after treatment with this shampoo (as compared to something like Nizoral or even T-Gel). And by the 2nd (& definitely 3rd day), I'm dying to wash my hair again. Usually, scalp treatment shampoos leave my scalp feeling clean for much longer than regular shampoos.But I still want to continue to give this scalp shampoo a fair shot, since I know it can take a while to see results for any treatments. I do wonder how much of the active ingredients are actually contained in this formula though, since they're listed as the last 2 ingredients & those are usually listed in order of how much is in a formula. It could be why I'm not seeing the results I expected right away; a milder formula takes longer to see results.FYI, I would recommend keeping the bottle as dry as possible. I haven't seen other reviews mention this, but the label on the bottle is not waterproof. So once it gets wet, the paper starts to dissolve. That can be a pain if you get bits of soggy paper on your hands, while you're trying to scrub your hair.
