Perfect portions for diabetes .
My husband and I are pre diabetic. We wanted to start watching our portion sizes. These plates are proportioned to help you do just that. At first glance, they look like very small portions, but they actually hold quite a lot. Especially of the right food categories. The plates are heavy , and long lasting. I can see this working for anyone trying to lose weight also.

Nice plate that helps with portion control. I would have liked it better without the “motivational” words around the rim. I’m my case, I’m not type one. But it gets the job done! 😊

I am Diabetic and having issues keeping my blood sugar under control, this was a recommendation from my doctor to help with my diet. Since I have just received it I'll have to report back on whether it helps or not.
