Seller contacted me immediately and sent another unit! I have had no issues with the product! Changing the star review. Thank you to the seller for making it right!I was so excited to get this, it worked fine for a couple days. Now it will not turn on at all. I have tried all the troubleshooting options. I’m going to try and return this item. I am going to try to get my fragrance out so I’m not losing that too. The fragrance I chose was more expensive than this diffuser.

I purchased the exact diffuser around a year ago and it was wonderful. I lasted well over a year. I purchased a new one a month ago and it stopped working just 5 days over the return period. It started making a loud noise and now will not diffuse any oils. I am not sure why this one I received is so different than the first one I had.

I am back for my second one. It has a battery that runs out after about a week , but all you have to do is charge it with its USB port. I do take the essential oil bottle out before charging because if it accidentally tips over, the oil destroys the motorThe whole room smells wonderful. I have been using peppermint to deter mice that come in from the farms around me and it works. I have to tap it once and it is good for the entire day. I have had mine for several months.Now I want it to disperse christmas scents through out the house.UPDATE: I have an open floor plan with dining room, den and living room and I find 2 diffusers cover it all. I will be back for more. I do find they take hours to charge, but I am fine with that. This is the simplest and safest diffuser I have ever seen. This is a great investment, but be sure to charge them fully from the outset. My second diffuser was not charged and the first one only had a small charge.

I do like these a lot, so much that I ordered 2.Pros:Price, when I got it, was reasonable, less than $30 per.The different diffusing schedules are nice (but see more on that below)They don’t take up a lot of space.They do disseminate scents well.Rechargeable with included USB cord.Comes with some useful accessories: an eye dropper, a small bottle, and cleaning tools to clean the diffuser. The bottle and eye dropper are great because some fragrance bottles are too big to fit the diffuser; the accessories allow you to get fragrance into the included bottles.Very portable; great for hotel rooms, bathrooms, etc!Cons:The diffusing schedules (it has 3) don’t make sense. Meaning that what they say will happen in the instructions, don’t seem to be quite what actually happens.It needs frequent recharging; if you use it every day until it turns itself off, you’ll need to recharge at night.Idk about “large room.” We have a modest sized house and fragrance oils tend to carry farther but essentials oils and essential oil blends tend to be lighter.It is not loud per se, but you can definitely tell when it comes on, it’s sort of a whirring sound.Needs FREQUENT cleaning or it will not function.

Granddaughter wanted a small diffuser for her new business. She said that it gave off the right amount of mist and didn't overpower the room. Perfect for her business!

Ordered two of these and both have different issues. I can see what is to love about them, when they are working they give off a very nice scent and will fill a very large room. I am using them with normal oils and just filled the bottles they came with. So yes they work with any oils and yes they do fill large areas with great scent. Here are the issues I am having right out of the box. One unit is very loud, and I do mean loud. The other unit is very difficult to get to come on. They have a little touch sensor on them and its not really a button and unless you get it just right it will not turn on. I can see these things being great so I am going to exchange one and try another and will revise my review if it works better. Stay tuned.

This stopped working less than 24 hours into use. I've tried everything from replacing the oil to popping out the diffuser and reinserting it. Nothing works. It just blinks in red and doesn't turn on, no matter what I do. And regrettably I through out the box, so I can't return it. If you buy this, keep the box to return when/if it breaks.

I like that this is chargeable. It doesn't use water and is mostly silent. This makes for a great car diffuser. The charge will last for weeks. There is no evaporating of water or spillage of water because it's a nebulizer. It's just a bottle of essential oil that is sealed in the diffuser. There are four different diffusing options that make it even more convenient. It fits perfectly in my cupholder. I can also recharge it using the car's outlet by the Air Conditioner. This could be taken on trips or camping or used sporadically in a bathroom for scent control. It has worked faithfully and quietly and I like it very much. It is easy to change scents for it accomodates 5, 10 and 15 ml. bottles.

It's that good it's the second one I've purchased one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Easy to operate easy to fill a great product

Pour une utilisation en voiture ça pourrait être un très bon diffuseur, seulement il ne tient pas dans l'emplacement des gobelets de la voiture (trop gros, j'ai pourtant un grand modèle de voiture) ... C'est dommage, car l'article en soit est pratique et esthétique, mais insuffisant pour une pièce d'habitation (même petite, on ne sent rien) ... Conclusion pratiquement inutile c'est regrettable
