Starrett K53M-350-S Try Square

This square has to be the best value square on Amazon right now. I checked its square when it arrived and it is perfect. The rulers are properly calibrated off the respective inner and outer faces of the stock. The thin metal ruler arm of the square is straight not bent like many squares with long thin metal rulers. It feels very sturdy and I expect it to stay square for a long long time. It is made of good quality steel not aluminium so it will not get dented and bashed easily like the aluminium ones do. The length is very useful for general woodwork and also for checking/setting the squareness of flat pack furniture while assembling it. Highly recommended especially at this price!

Versand mit DHL zügig (Prime-Versand) und Verpackung übertrieben gut (muss ich mal erwähnen, Daumen hoch). In diesem Preissegment sehe ich die Verarbeitung des Anschlagwinkels als sehr gut und kann nichts bemängeln. Die Winkel für 90° und 45° sind annähernd genau und fest angebracht. Die Zahlen der Messskala sind tief geprägt und gut ablesbar. Das Material ist Edelstahl. Wie in anderen Rezensionen zu lesen weist die Messskala eine Abweichung von 0,5 mm auf. Ich weiß nicht wer für unter 10€ die Genauigkeit eines Feinmessinstrumentes erwartet aber nun gut, für meine Belange im Zuschneiden von Laminat, Verlegeplatten und Möbelteilen ist es durchaus angemessen und eine Toleranz von +-1 mm ist in der Regel üblich. Ich kann dieses Produkt gut heißen und weiter empfehlen.

Muy contenta con la compra de esta escuadra. Es una herramienta muy sólida, no se dobla al manejarla ni trabajar con ella, pero a la vez es ligera, siendo así muy cómoda Los números vienen por los dos lados y muy bien marcados, con lo cual se ven perfectamente Y aunque parezca redundante, está perfectamente a escuadra. Porque otras de este mismo precio no vienen bien calibradas
