Bond-It MEGA STIK is a fast curing, adhesive foam that has been specially developed for the rapid installation of plasterboard, insulation boards, and other building materials. It is a versatile and easy-to-use product that provides a strong and durable bond. I recently bought and used the Bond-It MEGA STIK after it was recommended to me as a quicker and more effective method for installing insulated plasterboards instead of using Driwall Adhesive which i had used before. Bond-It MEGA STIK must be applied to the back of the insulated plasterboard and left for 5 minutes before attaching the board to the wall. This allows the foam to expand and cure slightly, which will provide a stronger bond. I highly recommend Bond-It Mega Stik to anyone who needs to install insulation boards, as it provides a tighter gap to the wall, reducing air leakage and improving energy efficiency.

I used these to secure my new high quality skirting boards instead of contact adhesive. Let it settle for 5 minutes and when tacky, placed it against the wall.....absolutely brilliant aye! Nice clean job. Just had to seal the skirting with decorating caulk and all done. Would definitely buy again

The foam didn’t really stick very well. If you adjust depth(push down) immediately the foam doesn’t adhere, but if you leave it to cure for a minute it’s solidifies so quick, you can’t get it to be plumb/level with other boards etc. also after one small job i didnt use it for a couple week and then the foam would not come out. I tried using foam clean and different method to make sure there wasn’t anything abstructing it, i bought new foam gun etc but still didn’t work. It was clearly still mostly full , so was a waste. Might be fine if you plan to use once and not use it again. But yeah waste of money if you have any long breaks inbetween uses.
