GNC Herbal Plus® Standardized Guarana 100 Vegetarian Capsules

I usually do not write reviews on here, but I feel obligated to do so for this product. I have used many different energy boosting and appetite suppresing pills and this one is just perfect. It gives you enough energy throughout the day, doesnt give heart palpitations, and you are able to sleep normally at night. Just make sure that you take it in the morning before working out. I try not to take it everyday, just because of personal preference, only when I am really tired and dont feel like working out in the morning. I would say its worth giving it a try. You will not regret it.

A very good guarana supplement with minimal fillers. I find the effects of guarana to provide the energy of coffee, but without the jittery effects. Guarana is a cleaner energy without the crash of coffee. This GNC form is one of the purest I have found. 2 capsules is roughly equivalent to a medium Starbucks coffee.

The Guarana gives you energy however make sure that you have something on your stomach, or you can get sick.

For energy and a brighter mood - can't be beat. Standardized, reliable product. You can find it for less, but quality is lacking.

Love this product, however, I believe it gives me heartburn. :( The gentle energy it provides is sometimes totally worth it though. :) No crash, just a very gentle stimulant!

I've been looking to cut my soda consumption but wanted a caffeine source to combat fatigue due to a medical condition. I've just never liked coffee, and I'm too impatient to brew tea. I gave these a shot, and from day 1, I could tell that they were working. I don't feel overloaded with caffeine, I don't feel jittery, I just feel alert. So I'm pretty happy with this so far and am ordering a second bottle of them.
