This is a beautiful book. I have studied it thoroughly. I am anxious to get to work on all the blocks, but sorry to say I have not tried them yet. I have seen it finished by someone else and It's very pretty.

Great book. Easy to follow directions. Beautifully laid out quilt book.

Interesting patterns, and finished quilts. If you like samplers this is a new challenge rectangle instead of square. Wonder if Creative Grid quilting rulers will come out with a 4.5 x 5.5 squaring up tool. Only thing no cd with printable patterns. More could have been paper pieced patterns included.

Finished block size is 4 x 5". Love the simplicity of the instructions, even the most complex designs look easy to make. Will be perfect for all the small scraps I have left over from other projects. 182 different block in the book.

I saw this Carol Hopkins book while I was on vacation. It presents antique quilt blocks in a new way - rectangular. The book has clear, easily understandable directions and diagrams for block construction. Great for a gift!

Loved the whole book. Easy to follow directions. Can pick and choose based on your abilities or do the whole thing!

I am working on the blocks. They are fairly easy. I really like the size of the blocks as they are rectangles.

I'm about to make a quilt using this book. There will be 182 blocks at 4" x 5". Very unique. Delivery was amazing. Amazon must have known how anxious I was to start this quilt. Thanks
