Good quality product and as expected.
Great product and value. Design is great and weight as expected — used for a military plaque. Functionality seemed as expected, while grip was as expected and fit was as expected.

Not bad for a replica could be better but can’t expect us government quality from China
I gave it four stars based on the fact it’s a tad out of spec and as a result will not fit flush to the gas block of my m1 . 1/4 inch gap leaves it really shaky but I never intended this to be used I wanted for aesthetic purposes only and that it’ll achieve just fine.. when it arrived it was painted with a thick coat of black I stripped it to bare metal and since it’s stainless steel steps have to be taken to get it to take blue or in my case birch wood Casey aluminum black. Add 75% vinegar 15% hydrogen peroxide and 10% salt bring to almost boiling and let the part soak for a few hours then start applying the black.. you’ll have to repeat steps multiple times carding the build up off with steel wool in between boils .. I’m very pleased with this bayonet feels sturdy takes a edge and fits the roll I intended

Good reproduction for the money
I wanted a bayonet for my M1 that I received from the CMP, but I wasnt really prepared to shell out the money for a real deal surplus bayonet. They can go for some serious coin. That, and I really dont >need< a bayonet. It seems very sturdy and well built and afixed to my rifle easily. The scabbard locks in nicely and fits on a GI issued ammo belt. As far as "toughness", I have no idea...I havent charged the beaches of Omaha or fought of a horde of charging Japanese....so I have no idea how well it will hold up to "real use". It is stainless steel, so I doubt overly well. But, for the looks and the price, it was a good purchase.

Decent quality for the low price.........but
decent quality and good price. Fit my 1903 Springfield rifle without any problems....it was a bit tight at first but eventually wore in after just a few times attaching it to the bayonet lug. The bayonet appears to be very rugged and usable. Stainless steel all the way. I was going to reblue it after sanding the black finish off and wanted to try antiquing the blade and handle but stainless steel doesn't blue.....so anyway, I left some black finish in the hard to reach areas and that gave it a pretty good aged appearance.....and I intentionally made several dings and scratches on it to help match the aged rifle appearance. I would recommend this for those who don't want to spend a small fortune. It does make the rifle look complete.....I think most people would be pretty pleased with this item. Note: the black handle panels are a pretty good attempt to replicate the original Bakelite material but these are brittle. One side of the handle broke in half with not much pressure......so be careful if you ever remove the handle grips from the bayonet.

Made in China.
I returned it because it was made in China. Didn't think it was fitting to put something made in China on a American made 1903a3 springfield rifle.

Inaccurate description
The product description clearly states it comes with a metal sheath. That is the reason I choose this product over other similar products. Well, it is not metal and it is not fiberglass...it is cheap plastic. The first time I inspected it one of the locking hooks fell off...and yes I was depressing the unlocking button while removing the bayonet. So once again I am returning an item that was not what I ordered. See below: " Product Description This M1 Bayonet by Szco Supplies is 15.75" in overall length. The blade is made on black finish stainless steel and has a blood groove. The handle is black with fastening mechanism. This bayonet comes with a metal sheath. "

Good knife
Good knife, used it while camping. Nice metal sheath, a little to shinny for me, so just sprayed painted with a dull flat green paint

Couldn’t believe it actually fit on my mount considering it was made in China, unexpectedly sharp, I thought I’d have to sharpen it myself The sheath is extremely modular, I’d be surprised if you found a piece of gear you couldn’t attach it to

The blade is blue which the picture does not show accurately. The pins along with the spring clips that hold the bayonet on a lug on a firearm fall out.Cant even stab box without it coming off.The blade itself is super dull.Thought it would be nice on my mossberg 590 but its cheap garbage.
