It easily installed into our 1999 Kawasaki prairie 400 and arrived on time

I chose this because it mentions working well in low temperatures and I use it in an ATV with a snow blade. The first battery came dead, I hooked it up and it would not take a charge. I looked to return and was directed to an overseas email and instantly had regrets, all contacts went to the same place. I wrote them, told what I experienced and had a replacement battery in a few days. The replacement holds a charge very well, cranks far better than the previous battery ever did. If the second battery were the first, it would be a 5* review. I went from disappointed to happy with it. There was no delaying or trying to weasel out of making it right. I read of similar experiences to my own in the 1* reviews, but I think those people saw where it's from and threw their hands up. I too, thought I was screwed but followed through and gave them a chance to make good, which they did. I would buy again.

Great product, exactly what I needed for my Side X Side UTV.

If I could leave 0 stars I would because of the company not Amazon...I bought the battery and I tested it before I put it on my 4 wheeler, it read almost 10 1/2 volts, I put it on anyway and it the 4 wheeler started, I rode it most of the day...2 days later went out to start it and it was dead so I put it on a charger for 2 days, put it back on the 4 wheeler and rode it that day, went out bout a week or 2 later and the battery was dead...So instead of messing with it anymore I was going to send it back, but soon figured out I missed my return window to Amazon by a couple of days so I went to the company like suggested and sent multiple emails for a month, plus called every number they had listed on their website (China, Singapore, Malaysia, and India) and all numbers were either disconnected or 1 country did not have voicemail set up...After letting Amazon know what was going on they went ahead and issued me a refund on the battery, so thank you Amazon for taking care of it...As for the battery, it might have been a dud, I dont know because I never could get ahold of the company, so if you buy from this company make damn sure you test it thoroughly before your Amazon return window closes...
