This hamster wheel has been amazing. The size is perfect, it spins smoothly, and it’s truly silent — no squeaking or rattling at all, even at night. My hamster started using it right away and seems very comfortable running on it. It feels sturdy, well-made, and safe. One thing I really appreciate is how smooth and quiet the spinning mechanism is. It doesn’t wobble, and it stays stable while in use. It’s a great option if you want a peaceful setup without disturbing noise. Just a helpful tip for other pet owners: it’s important to replace hamster wheels every 6–12 months, especially if you notice wear, cracking, or changes in how smoothly it spins. Regular replacement helps keep your pet safe and prevents issues if parts start breaking down over time. Overall, this is an excellent wheel, and I’d absolutely buy it again. Great quality, great size, and a happy hamster.

Took out of the box and had assembled in minutes. Very easy to assemble. Build quality seems very good with metal parts and a ball bearing . Size is great for our hamster. He didn’t use our last wheel at all and immediately tried this one out.

We bought the 5.5” size and it’s perfect for our dwarf hamsters! It’s very, very quiet and easy to clean, which is so nice compared to the wheels we had before which had a cork like material inside and were impossible to clean. We have a homemade cage and I was able to drill a hole the exact size on the side to fit the hardware. Installing it took less than 2 minutes.

We have a pet mouse but were concerned about the 5" wheels typically marketed to them because we didn't want her back or tail injured. Discovered this 7" wheel and bought it a few months ago. Very impressed by the quality of the mounting and spinning hardware (sturdy metal threaded stud and bearing system). Removing the wheel for cleaning is fairly simple, as the center nut unscrews to release it from the mounting stud, and then the two halves of the bearing assembly unscrew from each other to remove them from the center of the wheel so it can be washed without getting the bearing system wet. The only thing that's difficult about cleaning is the little traction ribs along the inner/running surface, so you have to wipe it in short, in-out motions, rather than being able to wipe around in a circle. The wheel itself spins silently and easily. You can hear the pitter-patter of her tiny feet as she runs on it. The only other sound is when she runs so fast that she vibrates the whole cage (I think she hits a resonance frequency at certain speeds). The price is reasonable for a wheel of this size, and is great for a wheel of this quality (especially the metal mounting stud and wonderfully-made bearing system). We were so impressed with this wheel, that we specifically shopped this mfr. for her new cage (also very happy with that). Unfortunately, mice do love to chew... it's to be expected and is an integral part of who/how they are. Our little girl has nibbled her wheel enough at this point that she's made the running surface rough. Time for a replacement. Wish I could just buy a replacement plastic wheel, as the mounting stud and bearing system are still in perfect condition. Guess I'm just glad the overall product is reasonably priced so we can afford replacements as needed after she chews them too much.

The wheel started off very quiet, however that only lasted about a week. Then it progressively got noisier until I started to have to remove it from the cage at night so I could sleep. Now it doesn’t spin at all.

Purchased because the one that came with our cage broke. This is easy to assemble and I feel like it will last a while because the rod that attaches to the cage is metal. Only 4 stars because although the descriptors it’s silent when in use, it is not. The sound is lower than our previous one, but you can still hear it when the hamster is running. It’s a big size also so measure the location you want it. Ours barely fit.

Wish it wasn’t so expensive but it’s virtually silent. Soooo much better than the one we used to have so I guess it’s worth the money. Easy to clean too.

My little guy loves this wheel. It's perfect for a dwarf robo hamster in size (as his back doesn't bend when running) and it can barely be heard, maybe other than a light swoosh sound. It's more expensive but so worth the money

Why did you choose this product over others?: This is by far the best thing I’ve ever purchased! The children’s hamsters were keeping everyone awake in their wheels! Brought these on the off chance that they’d be slightly better, absolutely blown away that they ARE completely silent! Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!
