I'm not able to get the microphone working. I have the 3.5mm headphone jack splitter connected. the head phones are working for sound. suggestions?

Test in different equipment, whether the headset microphone is wrong (you can record to test). Make sure that the microphone is not defective, please try the following steps. ①Mute button Make sure the mute button on your headset is "on" ②PC: plug the 3.5mm headphone cable into the 1-2 audio splitter, then plug the 1-2 audio splitter cable into the audio and mic interface at the back of computer case. (Ensure that the correct port is inserted separately) ③Poor physical connections Check if the 3.5mm cable is loose ④Audio input is muted on your device Make sure that your device's settings regarding the microphone are set properly If the microphone of the headset is broken, please contact me and I will send a replacement for you.

Does this gaming headset work on pc?
