I bought a set of walkie talkies for my son and at first I had problems with the batteries and I reached out to the seller and he was AMAZING ! he mailed me batteries even though he did not have to because once he told me to change the batteries and charge the walkie talkie with the batteries IN the problem was solved. The batteries that this item comes with are not the greatest so you will think the toy is dead but wait for it.... it is not! Batteries are super cheap but quality of the walkie talkie is great. best money ever spent, my son loves them !

Kids loved this walkie-talkie set for the 1 month that it worked. Now one unit does not charge and the LCD screen is unresponsive. Won't turn on at all. Worthless now, and of course, as other reviewers have noted, this occurred just outside the return window. Junk.

I hope the set I got are defective because they are terrible.I've read the instructions and every Q&A on Amazon and there's nothing that explains troubleshooting.90% of the time when you hit the talk button nothing happens, 5% on the time you get just static, and 5 % of the time you can hear a voice clearly. However when the voice comes through clear and you respond it never works. And yes the frequency matches and I'm holding the talk button.It worked fine out of the box for about 5 minutes and now it's turned it the regular WalMart kids walkie talkie junk.Very disappointed because I paid more and the reviews were good. I'm going to send them back and get a new pair, but it's still inconvenient.

The walkie talkies are a big hit with my ten year old friend. He and his friend figured out how to use them quickly without any help. He is really enjoying playing with these.

Took these out of the package as soon as they arrived. They are durable and work great! The range is outstanding. I will be purchasing another set for my other grandkids!

Works well good volume and sound

Hubby and I love them. We don't yell from one end of the house to the other now.

Our kids LOVE these! Easy for our 5 year olds to figure out and super durable.
