This spice is excellent.....very fresh tasting, and you can sprinkle it in just about anything~ Package is messy...even when you cut the inside bag neatly....contents ten to spill out easily when you pour. I transfer all the contents into a spice jar....much easier!

works great for those days when you don't want to put a lot of work into cooking - throw all your leftover vegetables in this and it comes out delicious!

Love the flavour it gives. Ideal for chole, rajma etc apart from pav bhaji.
