I realize this is a rather mundane item but in my book its tops. I just purchased a DeLonghi PAC EM375 portable room air conditioner and while the AC unit is fine, the window ducting gear provided is useless. It is only designed for small vertical windows and nothing else. For those of us with horizontally sliding vinyl (or any other kind) windows the supplied kit is absolutely useless. And calling DeLonghi is no help. So while I was ready to pack it all up I decided to see if Amazon had anything that might help, and that's when I found this AKEYWAVE kit. While I was skeptical at only $25 it seemed like it had what I needed. It arrived the next day and man was I impressed!. I needed 60" of vertical length and it was all there, along with the 5.9" counterclockwise adapter I needed to use the supplied DeLonghi hose. Metal hardware included. Very solid and sturdy. So if you find yourself in the same boat with AC install problems I heartily recommend this.
