Good and clean supplement
I really like this supplement because it’s plant-based, gentle on my stomach, and easy to swallow. I love that it combines calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and K2 in one formula instead of taking multiple pills. The quality feels premium and I appreciate that it’s non-GMO, dairy-free and made in the USA. Great option if you want a clean, complete bone support supplement.

My 76-year-old mom has been taking AlgaeCal Organic Red Algae Calcium for about six months as part of her routine to support bone health. Reducing risk of fractures

Easy to swallow calcium supplement
Easy on my GI system. No issues with swallowing although the capsules are on the larger size. They're so light in weight. I am able to swallow 2 at a time without difficulty plus a couple other pills at the same time. I'm unable to tell you if I've had positive results on my scores as I'm too soon in taking this.
