Put in fridge to chill well. Then bang bottle several times on very hard surface. This separates the capsules. Then either keep them in the fridge or put in a bigger bottle or jar with dry white rice. Works great!!

I had read an Article about the potential benefits of NAD+ and decided to try this for myself. I am not a doctor so I can only give my experience. I have tried many supplements and do not normally notice any change. However, after using this for only 2 weeks I can sense an improvement in my short term memory. I am 72 years old so this seems very beneficial to me. I hope to see other improvement over time. I will update this review if I learn more. I would recommend this to anyone and I know that what works for one person does not necessarily work for another.

I used a couple different NAD/NMM supplements before, bought this after some research and seeing other reviews unfortunately the product didn't suite me or not sure if its really everyone else felt the same way. First 1/2 days were fine I felt extra energy and random heart palpitations couple times a day with light sleep issues, I thought my body gonna adjust to it, but it didnt. More I kept taking, it made me sick actually messing up my circadian rhythm completely and frequent heart palpitations through the day very scary thought I just developed heart disease. Then I even tried giving 1-2 days gap still it didn't work and all issues would come back the same day. Total garbage, a $21 thrown to garbage. Be careful on this. I would appreciate if seller takes a refund

Despite other reviewers having an issue with this product sticking together inside the bottle, I had absolutely no issues and I'm beyond thrilled with that and with the strength of this product and the ingredients. It was exactly what I was looking for. I also love the fact that it's a soft gel instead of a capsule. I highly recommend! 👍
