Totally loving these quality pans. They are VERY sturdy, wash up in the dishwasher or by hand and keep their nonstick properties(the coating has remained unaffected by their many trips through the dishwasher), are a cool color that works well for many uses(not so dark as to burn things, but dark enough to help with browning), and the price was nice! Since there are two, you can swap them out for the next batch of cookies or use them side by side at the same time, but the small baking capacity is such that they will not make a large batch of cookies at a time. The smaller size is excellent for my most common use - there are two of us in my home and I use these for fries, a few pieces of fish or chicken, two patties of frozen chicken fried steak or pork tenderloins, what have you. They are a perfect size for most of my uses and they take up little space. THESE are the baking sheets I needed in my kitchen. I gladly recommend them for yours. Update February 2026, after a year of regular use: I can’t say enough good things about these pans. I’ve used them heavily over the past year and run them through the dishwasher almost every time, and they’ve held up incredibly well. The nonstick surface is still performing almost like new — food still slides around easily and nothing sticks. There are no scratches at all, which honestly is very rare these days. These are still the unicorn pans in my kitchen, and I’d absolutely buy them again. If I could, I'd give them a 10 - and I reach for them more than I ever expected, considering they are rather small. These are those baking sheets you want that you didn't realize you needed.

Better than the regular single layer cookie sheets. I guard these with my life! They are for baking don't even think about putting other things on them. The double layer works to keep the bottoms of cookies from getting burnt. Finally, at last I have really nice, very useful cookie sheets. I don't remember what I paid for them, but whatever it was it was worth it. Nice size and shape, better for larger cookies. Just try them you will not be sorry. You will be baking cookies like crazy!

I like these pans. They are the perfect size for my Cuisinart oven. I had to wait a while for shipping but I am glad I found this size.

This are good pans, nice size, Things do not seem to burn in them but they seem a bit sticky when it comes to getting cookies off after baking.

Quick fast delivery. I like the product; used twice. Cleans up quickly. I only wish it was a couple of inches longer so bacon slices would fit.

Dimensions as stated. Pans have sturdy, thick metal, stay flat while heating & cooling and are smooth: nothing has stuck to them. They fit our toaster oven & work well.

One pan arrived with a dent and its coating came off when washed with soap and warm water on the other side on the same spot, got sent a replacement The other one is fine though
