Great bulbs💡
Great bulbs for my box turtles. They normally last a long time. We've had a couple power outages and they've shorted out, even on a surge protector. Had to buy more. Arrived quickly and in good condition.

These last sooo long.
These are used in 3 different enclosures in my home for my animals. They last a really long time. I purchased 2 boxes and was sure I would have purchased more by now, but still have a full box on standby since the first ones haven't burned out yet. (It has been over 9 months) I would definitely recommend for anyone with an animal who needs a warmer environment.

A meh product now seems even worse
I purchased a pack of these back in November 2023 simply because of the price. Typically, these basking lights of any brand don’t last very long so I knew there was a chance these would not last long either, but the price seemed worth the gamble. I installed the last bulb on August 2024, so I got roughly 10 months out of the other 3, an of average over three months a bulb. Again, not great longevity, but for the price it was as worth it when compared to the other options available having similar or a bit longer life span but for a significantly higher price. Having installed the last bulb, I figured I’d roll the dice again hoping for similar life on another set of 4. I installed the first bulb on 11/10 (meaning the last bulb from the first set lasted a similar 3 months), the second on 11/29 and the third on 12/29 (today), so in short these lasted way less time. From roughly 90+ days per bulb to less than 30! Bad set? Perhaps, but still poor performance out of this set warrants a bad review.

Works well for the purpose we got them for . Not too expensive to have on hand.
Kept the housing around the water lines coming into the house from freezing up in this last big cold spell. We live in Texas and winter here is generally not as severe as the last week.

Broad spectrum, great value, I'll buy again.
The first bulb failed after 2 weeks, but two more have been working fine for 2 months or so. The light and heat output is ideal for my small sand boa and Stimson's python in 12 x 12 x 30" terrariums using the 75w. bulbs and the price is very reasonable. Also, my animal's UVB requirements aren't very high so that's not an issue and also the python has a small separate UVB emitter. I don't see how I can beat these little bulbs for the $$ and my pets are doing great. I'd recommend for those wanting a natural looking light and heat source and not cold fluorescent light.

So far they do not last long at all!
Do not last long , first one -30 days second one -10 minutes third one -?? But the light is great and our turtle seems to like it!

Great product!
These are an excellent alternative to larger, fragile and expensive lights. I just purchased a UVB tester to see how efficient they are for UVB and I still use separate UVB lights, but these have an excellent heat output, last much longer than glass bulbs and don’t shatter when accidentally knocked off the tanks (I have several dozen enclosures as well as free roam basking areas all over my house so lights are a very costly item that is integral to the health of my rescue reptiles and in any given week I can have several lights go out) a plus is their compact size so heat isn’t being lost in heating basking areas and because they last longer and better focus on heating it has made a big difference in my power bill. I wouldn’t used them as the only source of UVB, and I will update on the efficiency and longevity of UVB projected. But all in all it’s a great value using these and they don’t shatter if dropped whereas with glass bulbs they can be nearly impossible to remove the broken base that screws in which is very costly to replace dome lamps- there are some fixtures that these work really well in that have long bendy arms to spotlight an area instead of using domes that lose heat by covering a larger area.

good lights
I got another set like these and they all blew out within two months (different seller) my tank takes 3 of these and all of them are still working fine after a couple of months . good brightness and I cant leave all 3 on because it becomes to warm for my lizard.
