Hooked this up to my 2800 psi ryobi power washer , Worked great cleaned out the 4 inch main , saved myself 2 k again as 3 years ago its exactly what a plumbing company charged me to clean out that line . Took me about 4 hours but I wanted to make sure the pipe was cleaned out this time

These do a great job on my drain lines. But I have heavy PVC pipes and no roots. Having lived with willows for years the best way to clear the pipes is a chainsaw to the trees. If you have root problems, a small pressure washer jetter will only marginally help. Maybe you should invest in a drain snake first.

I needed some extra nozzles for my sewer jetter setup. These are perfect.

Watch out for your eyes when you shut it down to remove it... it's easy to forget that there's a big stream coming back at you!

This is supposed to have one pinhole in the front and multiple holes jetting backwards. There is no hole in the front.
