Wow this helped my recovery after an intense weight class so much!
Yesterday I did an intense fitness class with weights, barbell at a high tempo and did sooo many squats!! My legs and arms would normally be so wobbly and dead the day after this class but since I took this last night after coming home from the gym I feel very little soreness the morning after. It has made a huge difference in my recovery combined with a post sauna session and light stretching after. I found about this while listening to Huberman lab podcast and so glad this was recommended! I plan to repurchase

First time having gorilla mode ( post-workout ) supplement : Mango Peach
I wasn’t a fan of the taste, very bland all around. I prefer to just have the pre-workout and Intra-workout supplements of Gorilla Mode.

Good post workout
