As a show of support to my daughter when she got her ears pierced for her birthday, I got my 'seconds' done. It's definitely easier getting ears pierced when you're a kid! For some reason the new holes always seemed problematic and I was extremely aware of the stud backs at night, poking into my skin. I couldn't take them out because the holes would close up. These stud backs came to my rescue. They're soft surrounded by the silicone, come in three different colours and I changed them for the 'exposed' standards backs and haven't regretted it since. I can sleep at night, they don't fall off...I even go swimming with them. I like them so much I bought them for a friend who had the same issue at night and she said she's really happy with them.

I’ve been looking for earring backs that are comfortable when I sleep. I have stud earrings that I have been unable to wear for a long time because the posts would dig in to back of my head. I have recently started wearing earrings again. Long dangling ones are my favourite's. I had gotten a couple of boxes of these. Yes, they come in a nice little box. I gave one to a friend, and started to replace the backs on my existing earrings, these are so much easier to use. I had also got a things of plain silicone back, they are too small, awkward to use.I'm 20 years older than when I last regularly wore earrings, these are superior and I will be getting more, with the 3 colours, and just replace all of them. I'm a happy camper with very happy ears.
