A truly amazing product by JBL. I also have AirPods Pro 2nd Gen, at times, I honestly feel this one is much better than Apple - in terms of battery life, sound quality, bass, build quality. Yes, Apple connects seamlessly across all Apple devices without manual intervention, but this one is really a must-have product, especially those who are looking to purchase a good durable in-ear earbuds, but not willing to spend so much on Apple AirPods. The noise cancellation feature is nice, but not comparable to AirPods Pro 2nd Gen, AirPods' ANC is a charm. Initially I was trying to return this product and get my money back, but failed. Now, I don't regret buying this product. Weight of the case is lesser compared to AirPods Pro 2nd Gen. It is compatible across all devices with bluetooth, only issue is that to switch from one device to another, you need to manually switch. Mic quality is not that good, the other person could not properly hear my voice (tested multiple times with multiple people, but same result persisted). Surely, a go-ahead from my side, a value for money product.

Sound quality 8/10 For the price it’s excellent sound quality and is perfect for workouts and casual listeners Quality excellent very durable I have dropped it 500 times already and nothing has happened to it Better than the previous generation as it old case had terrible battery life But this one has very good battery life and charges quickly I haven’t used it for 4hrs straight and it never had any hiccups The case also has good battery life I personally charge it only once in 5-6 days i use my ear phones 2-3 hrs a day It fits my ears perfectly and doesn’t fall off my ear regardless of how much I move but that might be different for everyone depends on your ear type It’s not very feature rich but has all basic features like forward and back and Siri and google assistant Noise cancellation is 7/10 not as good as more expensive ear buds but is excellent for the price

Review after one week of usage- Delivery- on time, no damage, excellent packing Product- excellent Sound quality- top notch Pairing - instant to first device. Auto pairing. While second device pairing is tricky. Anc- impressive. No problem at all. Fit and comfort - very good. Does not fall even when working out in gym, running on trade mill. Calls quality- because of ANC and 6 mics there is no problem in noisy environments Problems- it can be s paired with two devices at a time. But this feature is not that good. Second device pairing takes a lot of efforts and even then it does not work as desired. Switching in between devices is also not good. This should be improved Overall these are one of the best earbuds i had in recent times. Value for money. Definitely recommend.

For a product at this price point, it is not too much to expect decent blutooth connectivity. These earbuds frequently disconnect, the buds randomly stop responding to touch, and every now and then you have to put the buds back in the case and take them out, to connect. On top of that, call connectivity and microphone are sub par. Noise cancellation is decent, but it stops randomly and music pauses because the buds think they are out of my ears, even when they are not. Spatial sound is amazing, but the cons have started to outdo the pros with this one. All in all, these earbuds worth 12k lack some basic features that I've had no issue with in buds that cost 1.5k. I'm starting away from JBL in the future.

best noise cancellation product with extra bass...better that apple airpods gen.

It is my 3 week usage review. Pros- *ANC is good at this price.But High frequency noises are not blocked much.You can hear other people's speech as a sharp electronic sound. *Battery backup-Very good. *Multipoint connectivity-Very good.I have connected my laptop and phone. Cons- *App-I thought the jbl headphone app would be great.Best in terms of features.But this app doesn't open most of the time. Also, if the app is running in the background, the audio will break sometimes.It irritates me a lot. So I usually force stop this app.Then this problem is rarely seen. *Blutooth range-Bluetooth will break if there is a wall or something between the phone and tws.My previous sony wf1000xm3 didn't have this problem. *Fit-Even the single eartip that comes with it doesn't suit me.I am using foam tip with this which I bought from amazon earlier for my sony tws.It gives a good fit. *Case hinge-The lid is wobbling because the hinge of the case is not secure. +/- Sound Quality-(It closely resembles the sound signature of the realme buds air 3s(2k) used by my brother) Stock tuning and stock presets are seemed very bad. We can customize the sound according to our needs using phone eq and app eq. *Bass-There is good sub bass but the treble is too high.So you can enjoy the bass by reducing the treble well.Mid bass is a little low. *Mid-It is slightly recessed.The vocal sounds a bit thin and sharp. *Highs-It is very bright,too harsh for me and a slight sibilance was felt. Apart from the audio break issue I would say this is a great tws headset.I understand that this is JBL Headphone app issue.I know many people have experience with this issue.This product has been out for more than a year.So far JBL has not been able to fix this problem. So I can't recommend it to anyone.
