It’s great and I train back pressure, pronation etc with it and it’s working great. One problem is the strap’s edge cuts into my skin on the hand and it hurts, my hands look like I secretly kill people daily cause they look messed up. Make the straps edges softer and it would be perfect

So far i am actually very happy with the purchase. It works very well for exercising pronation. I mostly just use the strap at the gym i work out in but it works perfect for strengthening pronation. I also use it for eccentric hammer curls and it works great for that. I did purchase the brace? or cover for my hand/wrist because the strap will definitely scrap and irritate your hand pretty bad without it. Very happy with my purchase.

I wish the strap was a bit longer, however this is a very nice product that I have worked out with every single day, doing 1,000 reps per week.. Which I’m seeing massive results, armwrestling some of my coworkers, most of them are much larger than me and always win.. not this time. Now after doing constant training with this, I have been able to dominate. Highly recommend this for armwrestling training.
