I love this stuff! It makes dieting fun. Shake it 30sec and then drink it. It's great. There are 3 flavors. Double Chocolate,Strawberry Cream and Banana Cookies. Though you may enjoy the all 3 flavors that are very delicious. Love the variety pack so you can change up the flavors and easy to use. 1 sachet is 1 serving.This has lots of vitamins minerals, 20g protein, diet fiber that help me to be more alert and healthier. i get enough daily protein by Quick Slim Shake. It really fills me up and keeps me full. LOVE THIS!

I found these to be very tasty and filling I have 1 or 2 per day to replace 2 meals then have a healthy tea time meal. Inbetween I have fruit and tea & coffee I am losing weight. I would recommend buying a shaker beaker with the spring in to make a smooth satisfying drink.

Very powdery when mixed I will never buy again. Leaves a not very nice aftertaste. I have tried two of the flavours. How can I return it. I bought 2 boxes by mistake. The power shaker is good.

Not great taste and texture

I came across this brand and checked out the reviews of members who had lost weight on it but most importantly the appetite suppressant. It’s main source is from Turkey so written English one side and Turkish the other. I have used Slim Fast and been to Slimming World groups over the years and always lost motivation with food and gone back to processed foods. I have always struggled with breakfasts and bread was my killer food. The most common carbohydrate that puts on weight. I am out on the road everyday driving so I needed something to keep me going but not to snack on processed meals like McDonald’s or sandwich deals in Asda, Tesco and Morrisons. All of it is full of carbohydrates and sugars. Not ideal for someone seeking to lose weight. I came across this by chance and gave it a go. I am so happy. My starting weight was 16st 3lb and within 7 days I’ve gone down to 15st 9.8lb. I have stuck at having 3 shakes a day and have apples in between along with water to keep energy and fluids up. I have a goal weight to get to 14st for a new career role but I am sticking with Quick Slim as it’s the best I’ve come across to stay away from snacking and eating unnecessary foods. If you’re looking to lose weight, try the mixed box first to find your favourite flavour. Mine are Strawberry and Banana Cookie. They shake well and leave no powder in the shaker. Always put the milk in first and then the sachet to avoid the powder sticking to the base of the shaker. The chocolate one tastes more like Chocolate Digestive Biscuit but it’s the only one that leaves a powdery taste. I will come back soon to leave a second review of my progress. I’m on week four of using this product, and have lost ten pounds so far. The shakes are thick and tasty and I don’t feel hungry at all. Follow the instructions, drink 2-3 litres of water , and I have one shake for breakfast, one for lunch, and a dinner in the evening, which must be under 500 kcal. You are allowed one snack of 100 kcal in between. I would recommend this shake if you can commit to drinking the water! Heads up though, for the first two days, no food at all , just shakes. I hope they add some more flavours 😄👍🏽

The chocolate tasted very bad AND the others leave an aftertaste! I've cancelled my subscription...and feel just more than a bit cheated!

I love these protein shakes! Probably on about my 5th order - Banana Cookie flavour is my favourite and that’s what I really like is that you can have a box that is just a single flavour of what you enjoy. What’s important about these shakes are they are low carb - many protein shakes are high carb and defeat the object. The shakes themselves I just make with water but you can make with milk if you wish - coconut milk works really well. I prefer with water simply because I don’t like them too thick and heavy. Would definitely recommend for a good, low carb protein shake.
