This product has truly been LIFE CHANGING! I am always skeptical about products that claim to "raise energy levels," or be "miracle products." As someone who has fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome, I used to need to sleep 10-14 hours per day. I could not bare to think about working full-time. After taking this for only a few days, I noticed a GREAT INCREASE in my energy levels and need to not sleep as much. Now I have been taking this consistently for THREE MONTHS and cannot imagine my life without it. I put 3-4 scoops in my water each morning and that is enough to give me sufficient energy throughout the day. I am able to work full-time and be in graduate school; although I do have my days where I am more tired than others, I feel like a NORMAL PERSON now not like a CFS sufferer. If you need extra energy and/or are dealing with an medical condition which zaps your energy (particularly CFS/fibromyalgia), I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.Disclaimer: it can/will lower your blood sugar so be sure to take some orange juice/fruit with it.

This is so amazing! I am satisfied with this product! It works well with Collagen. I noticed a difference in the way my skin looks and feels! I will continue to buy this product! Also the price for this product is good!

The product itself is good. I’ve bought it several times. It used to come in a short wide container. The last time I ordered it, it came in a tall narrow container. Once I used up about half of it, I realized that I can’t fit my hand into the container to reach the scoop. I’ve been keeping the scoop outside of the container, but as the supplement gets used up, it’s also hard to reach what’s left. I gave it four stars because this container is not efficient at all. I hope they will go back to the short wide container that’s much easier to use.

I use the little enclosed scoop in my morning coffee. It is ever so slightly sweet. I have been using this daily for years as I found it relieves the full body aches I'm prone to.

Works for restoring and/or maintaining energy levels

So d-ribose powder is supposed to help with fatigue and low energy, which is why I ordered this product. I saw absolutely no results after using this product faithfully for 3 weeks. The remainder of the product just went to waste because I no longer used it. Maybe you have to use it longer I'm really not sure, but I have never taken any other supplements that you did not feel the effects in a couple of days. So, I am giving this product only 3 stars which is probably too generous.

Revommended by cardiologists. It's supposed to support the heart muscle and help with arythmia. May take time to see results. Also good energy boost.

以前はカプセル型を飲んでいましたが、取り扱いがなかったのでこちらを。線維筋痛症に対する効果は変わらず感じます。発症してから通常の状態に戻るまでの期間が短くなる感じといえば良いでしょうか。1日3食5g消費しても発症する時は一瞬なので、発症した時だけ飲むようにしていますがそれでも効果は十分。味も甘味があって良い感じなので炭酸水に入れたりして飲んでいます。
